Tresna Priyana Soemardi

Tresna P Soemardi experienced both academic career and business activities ever since hold his Bachelor Degree from Bandung Institute Of Technology on Mechanical Engineering. Tresna was a researcher in technological field and then switch his career to become an academician in University of Indonesia. Tresna is a lecturer in faculty of engineering as well graduate school of management. Tresna hold his Doctoral Degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris-France (1987-1990).

Anna Maria tri Anggraeni

Since 1990, Anna becoming full time lecture in Trisakti University. Anna actively writing articles published scientific papers, also attending scientific seminars. Anna published Economic Law in Indonesia, funded by USAID, University of Washington School of Law (Seattle). Ana hold Bachelor Degree on Law from Gadjah Mada University (1987), Master of Law from Tarumanagara University (1995) and Doctor on Economic law from University of Indonesia (2003).

Benny Pasaribu

Benny started his career as technocrat in Department of Cooperative and Small Medium Enterprises since 1981. His last position was Head of Planning Beaureau on 1998. On 1999-2000, Benny served as Deputy Minister in State Ministry of State Own Enterprises, with specialization on Telecommunication, Mining, and Energi. Afterward, since 2000, Benny becoming Parliament member. Benny hold his Bachelor Degree on Agricultural Economic from Bogor Institute of Technology on 1980, Master of Economic from Williams College, Massachussetts, USA (1989), and Doctor of Economic from Ottawa University (1995). Benny’s major while taking doctoral course was Industrial Organization and International Trade. His dissertation title is ; “Industrial And Trade Policies: A Multisectoral Model With Increasing Returns To Scale And Imperfect Competition. Benny actively participated in several organizations and also spend his time for teaching in University of Indonesia as well as activelly published articles on competition policy and monopoly, also many economic issues.

Didik Akhmadi

Didik is an expert in budget and accounting due to his experience in Budgeting Committee of the Parliament and his career in accounting as an auditor in Board of Financial and Development Supervision for East Java area (1983-1987). Didik experienced in auditing government institutions, SOEs, and special investigation. As a lecturer, Didik was teaching in School of state Accounting (STAN) and in University of Indonesia. Didik achieved his bachelor degree form STAN and Master Degree from Wollongong University, New South Wales.

Tadjuddin Noer Said

Tadjuddin Noer Said began his career in the public sector in 1977 as an elected Member of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD, Tingkat I) for the Province of South Sulawesi. In 1982, he was elected as a Member ofthe DPR of the Republic of Indonesia. In his 15-year career, until 1997, as a DPR member, he has been the Vice-Chairman of commission IV (Industry, Mining and Energy Sector). In addition, since 1979 he has been a Lecturer at Hasanuddin University, Makasar. Born in Makale, May 31, 1950, Tadjuddin earned a bachelor’s degree in ship engineering in 1975 and in mechanic-construction engineering in 1977, before graduating from the S-1 Program in mechanical engineering, all of them at Hasanuddin University.

Erwin Syahril

Erwin Syahril has developed his career in both the private and the public sectors. In the private sector, he has been the President Director of PT Dina Natali Permai (1982-1987), President Director of PT Binawan Muda Malindo (1987), and an attorney at the Law firm of R. Ida Wara Suprida – Edwin Syaril& Associates (1987 – 2000). In the public sector, Erwin has been a Manggala (a special lecturer on the national ideology of Pancasila) at the BP7 Central Office (1979 – 1998), and a Member of the People’s Consultative Council (MPR) (1983 – 1988) and the DPR (1997 – 1999). He was one of the authors and initiators of the Bill on Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices, which became Law No. 5/1999, on the initiative of the DPR. Born in Palembang, January 30, 1950, Erwin earned a first degree in law from University of Indonesia, Jakarta.

M. Nawir Messi

Mr. M. Nawir Messi is appointed as a Commissioner of Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha, KPPU) of the Republic of Indonesia for 2006 – 2011, and recently is selected as Vice Chairman of KPPU for period of February 2007-January 2008. He joined the Commission in 2001 as Executive Director.  He was graduated from Australian National University in 1994. His background in economic and development policy was developed through various different of organizations, i.e. the Center for Policy and Implementation Studies (CPIS) – a collaborative research institute between Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) and the Government of Indonesia (1985 – 1994), the World Bank (1995¬1996), the Asian Development Bank (1997 – 1998), and the Institute for Development of Economic and Finance (INDEF) Jakarta (1995 – 2000). Besides, Mr. Nawir is also active lecture in the post graduate program at the University of Indonesia and Bogor Agriculture University.

Sukarmi

Sukarmi begun his academic career in 1991 when she becoming a lecturer in Faculty of Law, Brawidjaja University. She published some scientific papers on Law and Anti Dumping Regulations, and electronic contract. Sukarmi also actively involve in human rights research, regional autonomy, economic law and also gender. Sukarmi achieved her bachelor degree from Brawidjaja University (1990), Master Degree and Doctoral Degree from Padjajaran University in 1999 and 2005.

Ahmad Ramadhan Siregar

Ahmad Ramadhan Siregar chosen lecturer as his profession eversince 1989. He was start teaching in Hasanuddin University and then teaching in several others university such as STIE Makassar, UMI Makassar, and Widyatama University, Bandung. Besides actively joining several organizations, Ahmad Ramadhan Siregar also had the experience as business practitioners. As an academician, Siregar published some articles in Fajar daily, Republika daily and also becoming sourceperson for several radios. Ahmad Ramadhan Siregar achieved his Bachelor degree on Social Economic from Padjajaran University in 1986, Master degree on Agricultural Economic and Doctoral Degree from Hasanuddin University in 1991 and 2000.

Yoyo Arifardhani

Yoyo was a lawyer in a law firm. Nowadays, Yoyo has finished Doctoral Course on Law Science in Padjajaran University eversince 2004. He got his Bachelor Degree from Airlangga University (1999) and Master Degree on International Business Law from The American University, Washington D. C (2001).

Dedie S. Martadisastra

Dedie S. Martadisastra entering the field of academics by becoming a lecturer at the Faculty of Economic since 1994. Nevertheless, his career has been filled with a variety of professions. In 1986 – 1987 Dedie work on projects of oil and gas exploration in Lhokseumawe, Takengon, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). Next, Dedie occupy the position of Director of PT. Home Affairs umbrella. After that, later becoming a senior consultant at PT. The data Consult Inc., PT. Krakatau Steel, and MQ Multimedia. Sukabumi births and fifty-three years ago has received a Master degree in Management from the University of Trisakti in 2005. Previously, he had been following Dedie education and research at the International Master's Degree at Karlstad University, Department for Business and Economics, Sweden and the Institute of Service Management professional CHN University in Leeuwarden, Netherlands (2000). Not only that, Dedie has also completed studies in the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (1993) and earlier in the Science Faculty of Geology, Padjadjaran University (1983).
