Cooperation Agreement.
COOPERATION AGREEMENT
Unfair competition is a national matter that will affect the whole elements in the nation. Therefore, close cooperation is urgently needed among KPPU as the national competition authority along with national law enforcer, business entities, and academician. KPPU constantly enhanced cooperation with related institutions and agencies in order to strengthen the enforcement and prevention efforts of competition law and policy to create fair competition in Indonesia.
Cooperation between KPPU and other institutions and agencies are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. Each year, on average, KPPU signed a strategic cooperation agreement with 7 (seven) institutions and agencies. This shows that nowdays more parties put attention and concern in the competition law enforcement.
