The manuscript of the Memorandum of Understanding between KPPU and CCCS contains several aspects such as notification, information exchange, cooperation in handling competition cases, confidentiality of information, and exchange of employees between the two competition authorities.
The signing ceremony of this Memorandum of Understanding was facilitated by the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Sydney and was conducted immediately following the completion of a series of activities of the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA) Heads of Agency Roundtable, East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting and East Asia Conference. It is expected that this Memorandum of Understanding may become a reference for cooperation between competition authorities in the ASEAN region and may tighten cooperation ties between KPPU and CCCS.
