How To File Complaint.

Complaints Procedure In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 5 1999 and the Commission Regulation Number 1 / 2006:

1. The report is addressed directly to the Chairman of the Commission with a report or complaint as a subject.The  reports can be sent via the following address:

2. The Complainant Identity
   The complainant  includes complete identity that can be reached, at least consist of:
   • Full Name
   • Complete Address
   • Phone number / faximile
3. Reported Identity
   The complainant includes complete identity to the alleged party violated of law number 5/ 1999.
   At least includes the information about:
   • Full Name
   • Complete Address
   • Phone number / faximile
     (The reported party could be more than one)
4. Explanation of the Case Chronology
   The Complainant explain clearly and completely about the background of the case violation of Law Number 5/ 1999. The explaination is written in good and true Indonesian language, simple and focused to explaination of alleged the violate of the law.
5. Alleged the Article that Violated
   The complainant have to determine which article of  law number 5 / 1999 which alleged violate of law number 5/ 1999 to reported party. The complainant also explain indicative of violation that has been done by reported party to each articles.
   Law Number 5 /1999 can be obtained by www.kppu.go.id 
6. Supporting Documents
   The complainant should be attached the documents that could be used to be an evidence of violation of Law Number 5 / 1999.
7. Witnesses
   The complainant should be attached identity of parties that can be used as a witness.
